Dear guests!

It is our great pleasure to welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay in our campsite.

We are here to assist you at all times, hoping that your stay at Camping Jezera Lovišća campsite will be enjoyable and carefree.

We kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the

HOUSE RULES

which were provided to you upon arrival at the reception and can also be found in each apartment and mobile home.

1. Check-in for guests at the campsite is from 7:00 am for guests at the camping spots, from 12:00 pm for guests at the pitches, from 4:00 pm for guests in the apartments, and from 5:00 pm for guests in the mobile homes. Check-out for guests staying at the free camping spots is no later than 1:00 pm, for guests at the pitches by 12:00 pm, for guests in the apartments by 9:00 am, and for guests using the mobile homes by 10:00 am. For all check-outs after the specified deadlines, an additional day of stay will be charged to the guest, but without the right to use the accommodation.

2. Calculation and payment for the services used can be made on the day of departure or every day no later than 10:00 pm. To avoid crowds or in the case of early departure, guests are recommended to make the payment the day before their intended departure.

3. During their stay at the campsite, guests are required to have their registration form with them, which they received upon check-in at the reception and present it upon request by the camp staff.

4. Entry and exit from the campsite, as well as driving a car or any other motor vehicles within the campsite, are only allowed between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.

5. Setting up tents and awnings is only allowed between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.

6. Only guests who are registered at the reception are allowed to stay at the campsite. Minors may only stay at the campsite accompanied by their parents or other persons of age in whose care they have been placed. An unauthorized guest will be charged a fee of €150 for damage caused to the campsite and for compromising the safety of other guests. Any individuals found in the campsite who are not registered as guests will be asked to leave.

7. The maximum speed limit for vehicles within the campsite is 15 km/h. Pedestrians have the right of way over all vehicles. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO CHILDREN!

8. Entry into the campsite with cars or any other motor vehicles is only permitted by using the card provided to guests during check-in at the reception. Any misuse of the card will result in a fine of €500 and the guests will be asked to leave the campsite.
9. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas they use. Garbage should be disposed of only in designated bins and containers provided in the campsite. Guests are required to leave sanitary facilities in a clean and tidy condition.

10. The water in all areas of the campsite is drinkable. We kindly ask guests to use water conscientiously and moderately.

11. During their stay, guests are not allowed to create noise (by using radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc.) or disturb other guests with loud conversations, shouting, banging, or any other means, at any time of the day or night. Any guests who disturb or disrupt the pleasant stay and rest of other guests, or cause damage to campsite property or other guests’ property, may be expelled from the campsite by the camp staff and charged for their entire stay as well as any damage caused.

12. Complete peace and quiet in the campsite are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

13. It is prohibited to damage trees and other greenery in any way, or to take gravel from the beach. Fencing off the area where one is staying is only allowed with the approval of the camp management. Any work on the pitch or camping spots without the aforementioned approval is prohibited. Otherwise, the guest will be charged for any resulting damages, and the camp staff reserves the right to deny further stay in the campsite.

14. It is prohibited to start fires, including any open flames (e.g., candles), anywhere within the campsite. Only gas or electric grills are allowed in mobile homes and pitches.

15. Washing dishes or laundry in areas not designated for it is not allowed.

16. Washing vehicles, trailers or boats is not allowed anywhere within the campsite.

17. Staying, gathering or overnight stays on the beach after 11:00 pm are not permitted.

18. Boating, paddling, jet skiing and all other watercraft activities are prohibited within the swimming zone.

19. Leaving sunbeds, towels, mats or any personal belongings on the beach all day/night is prohibited as they will be removed during beach cleaning.

20. Parking cars is not allowed outside of the accommodation units. Cars and other means of transportation that cannot be accommodated on the pitch must be parked in the designated parking area within the campsite, subject to a fee according to the current campsite price list.

21. Individuals visiting friends or family who are guests of the campsite must leave their vehicles in the parking area outside the campsite and register their visit at the reception. Visits are allowed from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, for a maximum duration of 2 hours. If the visitor exceeds the 2-hour limit, they must pay a daily entrance fee of €10 for adults and €5 for children up to 12 years old upon departure.
22. 1. Guests are required to use the equipment, devices and inventory in the mobile home/apartment in a responsible manner and leave them in the same condition upon departure. Any malfunctions or damage must be reported immediately to our staff and will be charged according to the current price list. Taking inventory and devices outside of the mobile home/apartment is not permitted. Laundry, towels, bedding, and sunbeds are not allowed to be taken out of the accommodation units.

     

    2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the mobile home/apartment!

     

    3. On the day of departure, guests are required to remove all food and waste from the mobile home/apartment and wash the used dishes.

     

    4. A check of the mobile home/apartment will be conducted on the day of departure. In the event of any damage or missing small inventory items, a monetary compensation will be charged according to the current price list.

     

    5. Camping Jezera Lovišća is not responsible for any valuables left in the mobile home/apartment.

     

    6. In the mobile home/apartment, long-term stays or overnight stays of guests who are not registered as guests in the camp are not allowed.

     

    7. Camping Jezera Lovišća reserves the right, in special circumstances and in the absence of guests, to enter their unit if it is deemed necessary to prevent any potential damage, particularly when there is justified suspicion of a serious violation of the house rules. In the event of such intervention during the guests' absence, the Management will inform the guests about the time and reason for entering the accommodation unit.

     

    8. If guests of the camp find any left behind, lost, or forgotten items, they can hand them over to the reception.

     

    9. Guests can store their valuables (such as jewellery, money, etc.) in a safe located at the reception.

     

    10. ŠKOLJIĆ d.o.o. does not take responsibility for any theft, damage, or loss of guests' property. Liability for damage caused by force majeure is also excluded, so guests are advised to insure their property.

     

    11. Post office deliveries arrive at the camp on weekdays in the morning and guests can collect them at the reception.

    13. Guests who fail to comply with any provision of these house rules or disrupt or disturb the operation of the campsite, other guests, or endanger the property of others, will have their accommodation service cancelled. The camp staff will remove them from the camp and charge them for any damage that may have occurred.

     

     

    House rules for pet owners:

     

    1. Pet owners must register their pets at the reception upon arrival and present a vaccination certificate. They are also required to pay a fee for their pet's stay according to the official camp price list.

     

    2. Guests must keep their pets on a leash and muzzled, and they should be kept tied up and within the accommodation unit. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in designated bins.

     

    3. Pets can only be showered in designated showers located in the sanitary facilities.

     

    4. Pets are not allowed in reception areas, shops, sanitary facilities and generally all indoor spaces and especially children's playgrounds.

     

    5. Pets are allowed to swim only in designated areas on the beach. Guests who violate this rule will be fined €150.00 upon request by the camp staff.

     

    6. The presence of pets in the campsite is permitted, except for those pets that may in any way endanger or disturb the safe and comfortable stay of other guests. The camp staff is authorized to instruct the pet owner who does not comply with these rules to leave the camp.
