It is our great honor to welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay at our campsite.
We are always at your service, hoping your stay at Camp Jezera Lovišća will be comfortable and carefree.
We kindly ask you to strictly observe the
HOUSE RULES, which were presented to you upon arrival at the reception and can also be found in each apartment and mobile home.
Check-in for guests on camping pitches is from 07:00, on plots from 12:00, in apartments from 16:00, and in mobile homes from 17:00. Check-out must be completed by 13:00 for camping pitches, 12:00 for plots, 09:00 for apartments, and 10:00 for mobile homes. Late check-out will be charged for an additional day without the right to use the accommodation.
Payment for services can be made on the day of departure or any day by 22:00 at the latest. To avoid queues or for early departures, we recommend paying the day before departure.
Guests must carry their registration form, issued at reception, and present it to staff upon request.
Entry and exit with vehicles within the Camp is allowed only between 07:00 and 23:00.
Setting up caravans, campers, tents, and awnings is only allowed between 09:00 and 21:00.
Only registered guests may stay in the Camp. Minors may stay only with parents or a responsible adult. Unregistered guests will be charged a €150.00 penalty. All unregistered persons will be removed from the Camp.
The maximum speed limit in the Camp is 15 km/h. Pedestrians have the right of way. WATCH OUT FOR CHILDREN!
Entry by vehicle is only allowed after registering the license plate at the reception.
Guests must maintain cleanliness in all used areas. Waste must be disposed of in designated bins. Sanitary facilities must be left clean after use.
Water in all parts of the Camp is drinkable. Use water responsibly.
Creating noise by radio, TV, instruments, or loud behavior is prohibited at all times. Guests disturbing others or damaging property may be removed and charged for their full stay and any damages.
Quiet hours are mandatory between 23:00 – 07:00 and 13:00 – 15:00.
Damaging trees, plants, or removing beach gravel is prohibited. Fencing of plots or doing work without approval is also forbidden. Violators will be charged for damage and may be asked to leave.
Open fire is strictly prohibited. Only gas or electric grills are allowed in mobile homes or on plots.
Washing dishes or clothes is not allowed outside designated areas.
Washing vehicles, trailers, or boats is not allowed. Charging electric vehicles is only permitted at designated points. Violation is subject to a €500 fine.
Staying, gathering, or sleeping on the beach after 23:00 is not allowed.
Boats, pedal boats, jet skis, and all vessels are prohibited in the swimming zone.
Leaving sunbeds, towels, or personal items on the beach unattended all day/night is forbidden and such items will be removed during cleaning.
Vehicles must be parked only in assigned spots. Parking on roads or unmarked areas is prohibited and subject to a €100 fine.
Boat trailers may not be parked on plots or other areas. They must be parked at the designated boat trailer lot.
Visitors must park outside the Camp and register at the reception. Visits are allowed from 08:00 to 21:00, for up to 2 hours. Longer visits are charged €10 per adult and €5 per child under 12.
Equipment and inventory in mobile homes/apartments must be used responsibly and left as found. Any damage must be reported immediately and will be charged per the price list. Items may not be removed from the units.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in mobile homes/apartments!
On departure, guests must remove all food and waste and clean used dishes.
Mobile homes/apartments will be checked upon departure. Damages or missing items will be charged according to the price list.
The Camp is not responsible for valuables left in the accommodation.
Overnight stays of unregistered guests in mobile homes/apartments are not allowed.
The Camp reserves the right to enter units in the absence of guests to prevent damage or in case of suspected violation. Guests will be informed of such entry.
Found or forgotten items can be returned to the reception.
Valuables (money, jewelry, etc.) may be stored in the safe at the reception.
HADRIA d.o.o. is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of property. Guests are advised to insure their belongings.
Mail arrives on weekdays and can be collected at the reception.
Pet owners must register pets with vaccination proof at the reception and pay the appropriate fee.
Pets must be leashed and muzzled, and kept tied within accommodation. Owners must clean up after their pets and use the designated bins.
Pets may be showered only at designated pet showers in sanitary areas.
Pets are not allowed in the reception, shops, sanitary buildings, enclosed areas, or playgrounds.
Pets may swim only in designated pet areas. Violators must pay a €150.00 fine upon request.
Pets that pose a risk or discomfort to guests are not allowed. Staff may request the owner to leave the Camp.
Guests who do not comply with these House Rules, disturb the Camp, other guests, or endanger property will be asked to leave the Camp, and will be charged for any damage caused.
