Dear guests, please take note of the following terms and conditions of the Jezera Lovišća campsite:
A security deposit for guests without a credit card is accepted no later than 3 days after the reservation is made.
Check-in and check-out times for the booked unit type are defined by the house rules. The property reserves the right to charge additional fees for late check-out.
When booking accommodation, you are required to state the exact number of persons who will be staying. If you are traveling with minors, their age must be specified.
The final payment for services is made at the reception before departure.
A deposit of 30.00% is required to confirm the reservation, the remainder is paid upon arrival.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact our reservation service.
Jezera Lovišća campsite reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify a reservation in case of system abuse or an obvious user error.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
Cancellations are accepted only via email, no later than 15 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, 100.00% of the booking amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation 15 to 1 days before arrival, 30.00% of the booking amount will be charged.
